Pam Ward sucks, is demoted to ESPNU

| September 1, 2010 | 6 Comments

I can’t wait for college football to begin.  The 2010 season is going to be much better than 2009.  For one, Michigan State is going to win more than six games.  And two, the midwest won’t have to listen to Pam Ward nearly as often.  She has been demoted from ESPN2 to ESPNU.  The four letter network has not given a reason to why but we won’t have to suffer through her weekly mediocre Big Ten game.  Her first assignment will be the North Texas-Clemson snoozefest this weekend.  Christmas has come early, Big Ten fans.

If you want evidence as to why I’m not a P-Dub fan, check out these pieces of brilliance…

1. Hey…I don’t care if you don’t think you’re on the air, you don’t say this stuff…beeyotch…

2. A 100 yard touchdown return for the touchdown…really?! (sorry for the poor audio, turn your speakers up a tad)

3. And then turn your speakers way down for this one…or prepare to change your pants. By the way, Pam Ward sucks at calling a horse race too…is she drunk?

  1. A Real Sports Fan says:

Pam Ward uses every sports cliche' in the book,, trying to sound like she's a seasoned announcer.
SHE'S ANNOYING to real sports fans!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Steve-O says:

Someone has un-resolved women issues, dedicating a blog to hating a female sports announcer? It doesn't get any more obvious than that.

leave poor Pam alone…she is a die-hard sports fan (like us all) and calls a great game.

    Pam Ward rules!

  3. World of Isaac says:

Well, good to know Pam Ward still has 1 supporter left out there

  4. Goergs says:

I think PW is the one with "unresolved women issues". I'm good, thanks.

  5. Anonymous says:

    THANK YOU ESPN!!!

Pam Ward truly believes that women deserve an equal opportunity to announce football, at any level. (college, pro, etc.) I say, why not? But only after she PLAYS the game of football for a few seasons-(to gain experience.) The Vikings could use another scout team player. Put her at middle linebacker. This will decrease the amount of stupid calls she makes in the future.
