Struggling Polish soccer club turns to Playmate for help

Here in Detroit we know all about struggling sports teams .  Instead of turning to Playboy models for help, the Lions usually turn to overpaid/under-performing wide receivers.  They need to take notes from a struggling soccer club in Poland.  


Warta Pozman, a team in Poland’s second division, thought outside the box when they were bent over a barrel.  Naturally, it named a 33 year old former Playboy Playmate, Izabela Lukomska-Pyzalska, their club chair.  The retired model is now running a real estate and construction firm and claims that the soccer scene is her “meat and drink”.  Whatever the heck that means.  I’m guessing she said it in a European accent, so we’ll let it slide.  


Lukomska-Pyzalska said she will bring “order and discipline” (and awkward collagen-injected lips) in an attempt to improve the club.  If nothing else, the team owner and management will have something nice to look at.


In other news, the Detroit Lions have just announced that Jessica Biel has been hired to coach the tight ends.  Detroit 1  Poland 0.
