Video: Detroit Mercy’s Doug Anderson nasty monster dunk

| February 3, 2012 | 1:40 am | 4 Comments

University of Detroit Mercy small forward Doug Anderson has been cleared for take off. Anderson, a 6’6″ junior college transfer from Mott Community College, is the best athlete Detroit basketball has seen in the past handful of years – and that includes the Pistons too. He’s a one man dunk contest.

A high-flier power dunker, Anderson should be a shoe-in for the College Slam Dunk contest at the end of the season. We’ll go as far as guaranteeing a victory for him. Tonight, Valparaiso center Kevin Van Wijk felt the wrath of “Dunk” Anderson. Fox Sports Detroit’s Dan Dickerson couldn’t contain himself.

He has been keeping it sunny ever since.
