Female MMA fight ends in five seconds
Veronica Rothenhausler offered a cordial glove-touch to Ashlee Evans-Smith before their Women’s Mixed Martial Arts Featherweight Championship. Evans-Smith declined. After the bell rang, Rothenhausler declined to let Evans-Smith stand for long as he threw a nasty right jab ending the fight after five seconds.
According to the USA Today, Rotherhausler dropped her previous opponent in five seconds as well.
I’ve never considered myself a lover or a fighter, but if Veronica Rothenhaulser asks, I’m definitely a lover. And I’ve never said anything about her mom.

Dad enough that men are engaging is this brutal exibition, now I see that there are women envoled also.. It is a violent exibition and should be outlawed.. There is no Sport involved and the winners should not be celebration,, They should be totally ashamed of themselves…
Don’t like it, don’t watch it. Nobody is making anybody do this. They do it of their own free will.
What perfect execution, both punches right on the money.
Learn proper English, then you can start talking.
C’mon man…Grammar police are not necessary.
And btw,he wasnt talking…he was writing.
Terrible grammer when writing is a bigger shame than when bad grammer is used while talking. Talking while using bad grammer can be attributed to English being a second language. While writing English for a lot of people is also in a second language, at least while writing they have the chance to correct obvious mistakes that cannot be corrected when talking.
I agree!English being a second language to me…I know what you mean Todd.
But sincerely,on a web forum,”terrible grammer” (like you wrote)is not a big thing to me.
As long as I can understand the person…I really dont care abt the “grammer”.
Sorry men,I wasnt finished…lol
Me personally,I dont care abt the grammar but the guy,Albert, seem like a real douche to me;a sexist douche!!!
The shame should be for your total disregard for English 101!!! The sport is in the physical competition between to willing athletes. Don’t like it? Don’t watch it!!!
“…competition between TWO willing athletes.”
“TO”,as you wrote,would be a mistake,right??? I might be wrong!
Before you make ignorant comments like this, perhaps you should actually take the time to do a little research on the sport. MMA athletes are some of the hardest working athletes on the planet. There’s a lot of technique, and strategy involved. You mention that it’s violent, however the rates of serious injury aren’t particularly high. Do you feel that a 250 lbs linebacker blindsiding a 180 lbs wide reciever is less violent?
There’s more comments on here about grammar than the actual fight! LMAO
stop being a pussy!
Why bring your dad into this?
Albert, go back to the kitchen where you belong
You never want to start your fight at the Lemper Pain Centers side of the octagon.
Nice one-two, love the way she punched through the target. Also love how she jumped on her opponent quick with those hooks to force him to stop it. She is one bad Mama Jama! Albert got told to go back to the kitchen, lol…
Nice way to finish a fight without taking any hits. Albert while you are in the make me a sandwich
kitchen*
If youre a man and are somehow turned on by two chicks acting like men, I say, you should think twice about your sexuality. There is NOTHING feminine about two women beating each other up, its just ridiculous. And this fight is Exhibit A as to why women have no place in the ring/octagon-and why MMA cos better realize that the novelty of having women hurt each other will ONLY strengthen the argument of those against MMA/UFC etc. It is a pointless contest and hurts the real fighters/athletes credibility
Yea tell thatto the strikforce womens champ while she knocks you ass out, there is nothing wrong with it if women want to jump in the otacagon and fight there is no reason to stop them i dont get truned on by it but it is interesting to watch, women aretough some astough as guys so this thought that women dont belong there go back to the 1800 if that is how you feel in now a days women can do what men can do no ands, ifs or buts about it.
While I will agree with you that, if women wish to fight in the octagon, they should be allowed to, I disagree that women can do what men do. Let’s see a woman pee standing up without getting her pants wet!!!
Easy. We just take our pants all the way off.
I agree with Anonymous 100%.
I dont HAVE to get “turned on” by the womens to like the fight!!!
I watch mens MMA all the time and they sure dont turned me on…
Rousey would put you on your back and break your arm in 30sec max!
P.S:That was a small-regional show btw…Not “la crème de la crème” of womens MMA.
Instead of arguing ineffectively against a relatively harmless sport, compare the injuries and deaths from MMA to other sports. There have only been two recorded deaths in MMA contests in the U.S., neither of which was female. Freestyle skier Sarah Burke was recently killed while training for a ski competition. Were you morally outraged about that? Did you call for a ban on competitive female skiing? Why not focus on the real causes of pain, suffering, and death in the world? The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration estimates that 32,310 people died in motor vehicle crashes in the U.S. in 2011. Where is the moral outrage in that? It’s riskier to drive down the road than to participate in MMA or any sport. Whether you like it or not, MMA is here to stay. And women are welcome to get in on the action.
Now if we could only get Dana to stop be such a sexiest and allow them to compete in the UFC. Personally if he had stuck to the business opinion about women fighting and he didnt think he could make a revenue I wouldnt mind but when he dropped his own personal views i wanted to punch him the face. Look at how good these female fighters are, some of the middle weights hit harder than Dana’s light weight men. They are bad ass fighters. And I look forward to a future when sports dont have genders. when its just your strength and skill that puts you in a fight or on a team not whats between your legs.
Second sentence of the article — “she” not “he”…
Ummmm no, i meant “he”. Dana White is a man. He owns UFC.
Oh my bad man. I just saw what you actually meant. Apolagize for that comment.
Worst. Fight. Ever. Oh and if women can do anything men can do just as good as them, why aren’t the Olympics coed?
