The normal workout regimen for a college basketball big man consists of working on his low post moves, putting up jumpshots, getting in some defensive shuffles and cardio, a little weight training a protein shake and calling it a day.  And then there is the workout of Florida junior forward Patric Young.  It’s something you’d see some 400-some pound guy named Magnus do on some strongest man competition on ESPN2.

Young is a six foot nine inch, 250 pound freak of nature.  Instead of playing video games and hitting up frat parties, Young works out like an absolute maniac.  He doesn’t just use the weight room the rest of his teammates use.  He uses the whole campus.  Flipping monster truck tires?  Check.  Using rope to pull small cars while seated on the ground?  Check.  Pushing pickup trucks around campus with nothing but his bare hands.  Check.

Here’s a snippet of Young’s beastliness to make you feel inferior during your post-work sweat.
