Blackhawks’ $84-million dollar dude Patrick Kane messed around in a men’s league game in his hometown of Buffalo Monday night.  He only tallied ten points in his team’s 13-5 win.  The bars on Chippewa were dead so Kaner dropped in to play with the Piranhas Hockey Club in the Performax Hockey League.

Five goals, five assists, not a bad night.  He was upstaged by a teammate, however.  Vinny Scarsella who played at Canisius College in Buffalo and spent last season with the Utah Grizzlies in the ECHL, put home seven goals.

You have to figure that if Kane is worth eight years and $84 million, Scarsella is at least worthy of a few free brews.  I wonder if Kane picked up the tab after the game.
